Payout schedule — automatic, twice a month
Fansit pays you automatically twice a month. There's nothing to request and no Withdraw button: once your W-9 and bank details are on file, each payout goes out on its own.
The two pay dates
Every month is split into two earning periods:
| You earn it | It's paid on |
|---|---|
| The 1st–15th | The 25th of the same month |
| The 16th–end of the month | The 10th of the next month |
For example, a tip you receive on March 4 is paid on March 25. A subscription renewal on March 20 is paid on April 10.
The gap between the end of a period and its pay date gives refunds and disputes from that period time to settle before the money leaves.
How much you're paid
Every FanBuck you earn pays out at a fixed $0.01, so 2,000 FanBucks is $20.00. Fansit keeps no percentage of your earnings — there's no fee line, and no gross and net to reconcile. See FanBucks payout rate explained.
Where the money goes
Payouts go to your U.S. bank account by bank transfer (ACH). It's the only payout method. See Bank transfer payouts.
When a payout is held
A period's earnings are held, not paid, when:
- They're under the minimum. The minimum payout is 2,000 FanBucks ($20). Smaller amounts roll into your next payout. See The $20 minimum payout.
- Your W-9 isn't on file.
- Your bank details aren't on file.
- Your bank details changed recently. A new bank account holds payouts for a few days as a safety check.
- Identity verification isn't finished.
- Payouts are paused on your account by support.
In every case except a support pause, the held amount rolls into your next payout automatically once the reason is cleared. Nothing is forfeited.
Where to see it
Open Earnings → Payouts. The top card shows your next pay date, the amount so far for the current period and, if a payout is held, why and how to fix it. Your payout history lists every period with its status: Scheduled, Processing, Paid, Held or Failed.
Before payouts are switched on
Automatic payouts aren't switched on yet. Until they are, the Payouts tab reads "Payouts start soon" instead of a pay date. Everything in this article describes how payouts work once they're on.
Weekends and holidays
Banks only post ACH transfers on business days. If the 25th or the 10th falls on a weekend or a U.S. federal holiday, the deposit usually lands on the next business day.
What you'll see in your bank
Deposits from Fansit appear as PERSONA PAYMENTS or PERSONA PAYMENTS LLC on your bank statement — the same descriptor fans see on their FanBucks purchases.
