Bank transfer payouts

Fansit pays creators by bank transfer (ACH) to a U.S. bank account. It's the only payout method — there's no PayPal, debit card, wire or crypto option. Payouts run automatically twice a month, so you never request one.

Before you add your bank

A W-9 is required before you can add bank details. The bank step in Earnings → Payouts stays locked until your W-9 is on file. See Taxes and Form 1099-K.

You'll also need:

  • A U.S. checking or savings account, ideally in your verified legal name.
  • The 9-digit routing number (bottom-left of a check, or in your banking app).
  • The account number.
  • The bank's name.

How to add your bank

  1. Open Earnings → Payouts.
  2. Make sure W-9 shows as on file, then tap Bank account.
  3. Choose Checking or Savings.
  4. Enter the account holder name, the bank name and the routing number. We check the routing number as you type.
  5. Enter the account number twice.
  6. Save.

Once saved, only the last four digits of the account are shown back to you. You have one payout bank account at a time.

Changing your bank

To replace your bank account, open Earnings → Payouts → Bank account and enter the new details. Because this is a sensitive change:

  • We email you a one-time code, and the change only saves once you enter it.
  • We notify you in the app and by email whenever your payout details change.
  • Payouts are held for a few days after a change as a safety check. The held amount rolls into your next payout automatically.

If you get a change notice you didn't make, contact support@fansit.com right away.

When the money arrives

Earnings from the 1st–15th are paid on the 25th. Earnings from the 16th–end of the month are paid on the 10th of the next month. The minimum payout is 2,000 FanBucks ($20). See Payout schedule.

Banks only post ACH transfers on business days, so a pay date on a weekend or U.S. federal holiday usually lands the next business day.

Automatic payouts aren't switched on yet. Until they are, the Payouts tab reads "Payouts start soon" instead of a pay date.

If a payout fails

A payout can bounce back if the account is closed, frozen or doesn't accept ACH credits, or if the routing or account number is wrong. A returned payout shows as Failed in your payout history.

Check your bank details in Earnings → Payouts, update them if needed, and contact support@fansit.com so we can resend it.

Name matching

The name on your bank account should match your verified legal name. Banks can reject deposits when the names don't match.

If your legal name has changed (marriage, divorce, court order), update your ID, verify again, then update your W-9 and bank details to match.

Currency

All payouts are in U.S. dollars, at a fixed $0.01 per FanBuck.
