Age and identity verification
Every creator completes identity and age verification with Yoti Ltd before they can post or earn: a scan of a government-issued ID, checked for authenticity, and a face match against that ID confirm they are the person on the document and 18 or older. A Fansit reviewer then approves the account.
Fans confirm they are 18 or older. Fans in places that require age verification also verify with Yoti, by facial age estimation or an ID check.
Anyone else who appears in a creator's content must be 18 or older. The creator verifies their age and keeps their signed consent before posting, as our co-authored content policy and 18 U.S.C. § 2257 require.
Content moderation
Nothing on Fansit is published anonymously: every account that posts or earns has passed identity verification. Anyone can report a post, comment, message or account from inside the app, and every report is reviewed by a person on Fansit's moderation team, which can remove content, restrict or close accounts, and preserve records for law enforcement.
Synthetic and AI-generated content is held to the same standards as camera-captured content.
